After the surface treatment of the materials, sheets are movinge to the cutting workshop section.
The cutting workshop is equipped with 5 overhead cranes, modern 2 pcs. plasma-cutting and few hydraulically bending machines for sheet and profile cutting – using software control to achieve the highest accuracy and quality of cutting and bending. Few of the machines we are working with:

The machine is designed for straight cutting and for cutting at angles up to 500 mm in diameter of rolled solid material, pipes and profiles of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. It has control based on an industrial programmable controller and the ability to set 99 programs. It is equipped with a system for automatic monitoring of the feed rate and monitoring of the cutting force.
GL 260 band saw
The machine is designed for straight cutting and for cutting at an angle up to 260 mm in diameter of rolled solid material, pipes and profiles of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. It has control based on an industrial programmable controller and the ability to set 99 programs. It is equipped with a system for automatic monitoring of the feed rate and monitoring of the cutting force.
Microstep Hyperterm HPR 260XD oxy fuel 2000×6000
Designed and built for maximum efficiency and productivity in XY, bevel and robotic cutting operations. The universal system with a rating of 260 amps combines fast cutting speeds, fast cyclic processing of processes, high reliability and incomparable quality of cutting. The machine is equipped with two working heads for cutting – plasma and gas. This allows the machine to cut carbon steels up to 250 mm thick, stainless steels – 50 mm.

The universal system with a rating of 260 amps combines fast cutting speeds, fast cyclic processing of processes, high reliability and incomparable quality of cutting. The machine is equipped with one working head for cutting – plasma. This allows the machine to cut carbon steels up to 60 mm thick, stainless steels – 50 mm. The working weight of the machine is 12,000 mm, which allows you to cut large sheets of sheet metal.
